171/365 – Stonechat

Although the holiday isn’t finished, I’ve managed to gain access to a computer and wifi so I thought I’d try and keep up with the posts – less to deal with on my return.

At our campsite on the Llyn (pronounced kchleen) Peninsula in Wales, we were surrounded by wildlife from hares and ravens to choughs, the rarest member of the crow family, and these rather adorable stonechats.     I did stalk the choughs on several occasions but only managed a couple of out-of-focus record shots.
