103/265 – Angel

Architecture, Black and white, Photography

Yesterday afterwork my partner and I had a short wander around our village.  First stop were the allotments where, for the most part, the plots were immaculate.  However, there were one or two sheds that looked as though they’d seen better days, yet they still had something aesthetically pleasing about them…

We ended up at the local church where and I was drawn to the graveyard – we meandered around the graves and headstones, reading the names of the people who’d died a century before.   The headstone in my photo of the day was one of only two angels in the graveyard.
