More grey skies and trip to a local reservoir to hunt for some spring activity. Either I wasn’t being observant or the birds and the bees were keeping a low profile because I saw very little. I sat for a while nestled amongst the brown bracken hoping to see something amazing, but all I got were a few friendly dogs nosing around and a couple of missed opportunities to photograph a nuthatch rooting in the undergrowth.
Mr and Mrs Grey Wagtail made a brief appearance but maintained a respectable distance. My ISO was set quite a bit higher than I would normally feel comfortable with, so the noise is exaggerated in the crop. But, I still wanted to share the images because they are pretty little birds!
